We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Workshop Foreman to supervise workshop operations and ensure high-quality carpentry production according to drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities in the carpentry workshop.

Manage carpenters and workshop staff.

Ensure production quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Read and interpret shop drawings and cutting lists.

Coordinate with design, site, and project teams.

Monitor material usage and reduce waste.
-
Ensure workshop safety and proper use of machinery and tools.

Prepare daily production and progress reports.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpentry Workshop Foreman.

Strong knowledge of wood works, joinery, MDF, veneer, and finishing.

Ability to read shop drawings and technical details.
-
Good leadership and team management skills.

Experience with workshop machines and safety standards.
-
Experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred.
