We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to supervise interior fit-out works and ensure projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works.

Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor quality, productivity, and site safety.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers.
-
Report daily progress and resolve site issues.
-
Ensure materials and tools are used efficiently.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in fit-out / interior design projects.

Strong knowledge of carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, and finishing works.

Ability to read and understand shop drawings.

Good leadership and team management skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Knowledge of site safety regulations.
-
Experience in GCC projects is an advantage.
